These pieces are inspired by the moonphases we saw during our seagoing travels to Labuan Bajo. Spending four nights on a boat from the island of Lombok had us lying on decks during the evening time watching the night sky. It was during these nights we experienced a newfound fascination of the lunar phase, which we then reproduced in to these black and white gradient patterned glaze.
